Euro Bodysurf Tour 2026

INFORMATION
The Morocco BWT Qualifying Series 2026 will take place from November 20 to 22, at Mehdia Beach.
This competition is an official event of both the IBSA Bodysurfing World Tour Qualifying Series and the 2026 Euro Bodysurf Tour.
As an official IBSA BWT Qualifying Series event, the Morocco competition will contribute to the Europe/Africa regional rankings used in the qualification process for the 2027 IBSA Bodysurfing World Finals in Brazil.
The inclusion of Mehdia in the Euro Bodysurf Tour strengthens sporting exchanges between European and African athletes and supports the continued development of bodysurfing throughout the region.
The competition is also recognized by the European Surfing Federation, reinforcing its place within the international bodysurfing calendar and the development of the sport across Europe and Africa.
Organized by KAC Surf Mehdia, under the authority of the Royal Moroccan Surfing Federation, the competition will bring together Moroccan, European and international bodysurfers for three days of competition on Morocco’s Atlantic coast.

Registration for the Morocco BWT Qualifying Series is officially open.
Registration deadline: Saturday, November 14, 2026, at midnight (Morocco local time).

All competitors are invited to register before the deadline.
Participation requirements and competition conditions:
- Moroccan bodysurfers must hold a valid 2026 federation licence.
- The Competition Director reserves the right to establish entry quotas for each category if the available competition time or surf conditions do not allow all registered athletes to compete.
- No refunds will be granted on the day of the competition, except upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Competition schedule and surf conditions
The competition is scheduled to take place over three days, from Friday, November 20, to Sunday, November 22, 2026.
The provisional competition schedule and heat draws will be announced no later than Thursday, November 19, 2026.
Depending on the swell and weather conditions, the Competition Director may select between different competition spots in Mehdia.
The selected competition location will be announced a few days before the event, following an assessment of the surf forecasts.
These arrangements are intended to provide competitors with the best possible conditions for the event.
